Purchasing Your Puppy
There are four easy steps to follow when purchasing your new puppy. You will find in this section three documents.
(1)The Purchase Agreement
(2)The Contract Agreement
(3)The Shipping Agreement
By clicking the button at the left of this screen you will bring up the individual documents. You may then print each of the documents. Once the three forms are completed, they can then be faxed to Puppy Heirlooms. 4. The final step is to choose a method of payment. (found on the purchase agreement form)
You may then contact us toll free at 1-866-587-4656. The documents to Puppy Heirlooms can then be faxed to us and we will at that time confirm the payment method.
Once completed Puppy Heirlooms will contact you with a sale confirmation number and also with shipping and delivery information.
